Minutes of Meeting—June 17, 2003
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:30p.m., Robert D’Amelio, Chairman, called the meeting to order.

Discussion: Community Development Project
Present was: Michelle Ciccolo
Mr. Gelpke reminded the Board of the Community Development meetings to be held in late June. Ms. Ciccolo discussed the focus of the meeting, and invited the Board members to attend.
Discussion: Correspondence
The Board is in receipt of copies of correspondence regarding the proposed car wash at 176-182 Washington Street. The Board discussed the proposed car wash, and the ongoing conflict between abutter Basha Baldyga and the Applicant. The Board noted that the Applicant would not be able to go forward until Ms. Baldyga gives a construction easement.
